Prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • When an employee is selected, all previous performance review details are displayed.

 ESS Access   

  • Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.

Field Information

ClosedReview Due Date

This displays the date the review is scheduled to occur.

ClosedActual Review Date

This displays the date the review actually occurred.

ClosedRating

This displays the rating achieved by the employee for this review.

ClosedRating Model

This displays the rating achieved by the employee for this review.

ClosedSupervisor ID

This employee number (ID) of the manager who conducted the review.

ClosedReview Manager ID

This displays the employee number (ID) of the manager who reviewed the original assessment.

ClosedComments

This displays any additional comments about the performance review.
